debug/ltrace: fix build with /exotic/ linux-host OS
For ARM EABI hosts (ct-ng's target), the tupple ends in 'gnueabi' For uClibc-based toolchains, the tuple ends in '-uclibc.*' Make ltrace recognise those tuples as being the same as 'linux-gnu'1.5
